We apologize that the server maintenance didn't fully fix the bugs with Crimsonwood Keep Party Quest, as well as the auto-banning with Big Foot. Only a very small number of players were auto-banned and we have unbanned their accounts. We figured out the problem and will be holding an unscheduled server maintenance soon. Sit tight and we'll let you know when we will be holding the server maintenance.
